Our founders Connie (née Woodward) & Gordon Roberts both grew up during difficult decades. After founding our cleaning service in the 1970’s they have continued to inspire and to teach us all how to persevere.
This above photo, circa 1939, shows Connie (beside her mother) with the rest of the family who each did their part to help out at ‘Woodward Florists Shop’ on Fort Street in downtown Victoria during first the Great Depression, followed by the Wartime years after that.
Both now in their 90’s, Connie & Gordon continue to cheer on the current family business owners Nathan & Treena.
By drawing on the experience of our elders one thing is certain…
